A little help here

I just realized that this blog really does need a new name ....

If you have been reading along you know that Emma Leigh had previously determined that there was a "pirate in mommy's tummy" and we were referring to the baby as the pirate. After the ultrasound it seemed natural to call our boy "Jack". Over the course of 2 weeks it really grew on me. We have decided that the baby's name is going to be Jack Nathaniel Edwin (both middle names are from Tim's side of the family).

I registered at target.com and of course, we have no boy things. This house has been princess pink for 11 years now !

So I was thinking of changing the name of the blog to ... Five princesses & a pirate ....

Riley's Birthday Pics

We had a family party for Riley's 4th birthday. Just us and a cake and presents, but it was fun. Then I took Riley to get her hair cut and buy some new outfits before we went to Portrait Innovations and had her picture taken. The results of the photo session are below.

Christmas

Ok.. so I'm really really behind in this whole blog thing, but things have been very hectic around here.

Here are some Christmas pictures of the girls on the day after Christmas morning (we had Christmas a day late since Tim had to work).



Emma Leigh got a baby doll and she was wearing her backpack (complete with sleeping bag and flashlight).



It is always nice to get exactly what you asked for !



Riley loves elephants so this little guy made her very happy.



This was Mic's gift from Rori - who shopped at the AWANA store.
